Llchemy, LLC is my practice. Alongside my main work I take on a small number of advisory engagements with small and midsize organizations working out where AI genuinely belongs — helping them decide which AI priorities actually fit their real pain points, where it isn't worth the effort, and how to adopt it without destabilizing what already works. My own depth is in software and engineering teams, but the strategy question is much the same whatever the business.
